Do We Need To Do Anything To Realize What We Are?

If there’s nothing to be done to become what we already are – is there anything to be done to realize what we already are?

Just as we don't have to add anything to what we are to be what we are - we don't have to add anything to what we are doing to realize what we are.

Realizing what we are is more of an undoing or a relaxing out of misperceiving what we think we are. When we 'perceive' Life directly rather than filtered through programming our true Self comes into focus.
