When we see thoughts as they are intended to be we can use them to create, investigate, increase practical knowledge, plan, imagine and as pointers to truth. But when we believe they are the actual truth then thought seems to use us rather than the other way around. We feel powerless and weak while all of our various beliefs seem to toss us around.
How in the world can we know the truth of who we are or what life is by believing that a thought is the actual truth of it all? When we stop and deeply consider this we can see how illogical that is. Which thought is the truth? If that thought changes does it then mean that truth changes? If truth changes is it then really truth? Why not for just a moment let go of all referencing thought as truth – and see for yourself what is actually now independent of all thought. Comments are closed.

It is all very simple. Instead of seeing things imagined, learn to see them as they are. When you can see everything as it is, you will also see yourself as you are. It is like cleansing a mirror. The same mirror that shows you the world as it is, will also show you your own face."
